The Examination Report page includes 4 components:

1. Model Information. Users can access information about the examination report. This includes information about the model architecture, source, tokenizer, and version. This also includes summary information about the report, including the overall Safety & Security score, total number of services and tests, and total duration of all examinations.
2. Scores Breakdown. Users can access a breakdown of the model scores for all completed examinations. This includes scores for each service, test, and category.
3. Results Table. Users can access the complete set of results for all completed examinations. This includes the samples, categories, and labels for all services and tests.
4. Download Report. Users can download the model examination report as a Markdown or PDF file.
